Festive wreath-making masterclass

The Grocer at 33 is once again hosting their popular festive wreath-making masterclasses. Join us upstairs in our beautiful old building on Pinner High Street for this immersive workshop. Refreshments and a delicious Italian light supper are included. Our florist Jane Scott will guide you through simple steps to making your own stylish long-lasting eco-friendly Christmas wreath. Jane’s floral style celebrates the beauty of working with seasonal materials. You will begin by creating a traditional sturdy moss base and then adding an abundance of fresh natural greenery. Wintery ivy is woven with fragrant pine and aromatic eucalyptus. She will then demonstrate how to add the finishing touches including berries, pine cones and dried festive fruits. We recommend hanging your finished wreath on the front door to make a lovely warm welcome throughout the festive season. Alternatively use it to add a floral flourish to the dinner table or mantlepiece. Our workshops are wonderfully warm and friendly and are perfect for beginners or those wishing to practice their floral skills. All materials are included, equipment is provided and you are welcome to bring your own apron.
